Tollz is an online and instore shopping platform where retailers pay cash rewards into your toll account with Linkt or Eastlink.
We’ve partnered with a third party provider to offer great retailers to make sure you’ll be rewarded whenever you shop online or instore at a Tollz retailer. These retailers pay cash rewards – also known as commissions – to us, and we share them with you. It’s their way of rewarding you for your loyalty to their brand.
Every time you shop online at a Tollz retailer, you’ll earn cashback and we’ll transfer that cash into your Linkt/Eastlink Account.
There are two ways to earn cashback into your toll account with Tollz:
Using any – or all – of these means you can earn cashback to top up your Linkt/Eastlink account every time you spend.
Each retailer’s cashback is displayed, either as a % or $. For example, a retailer’s tile on our platform or emails, or in a search result may show 4% Tollz rewards. When you spend $100 with that retailer, you will receive $4 cash back into your Linkt/Eastlink account.
Occasionally a particular retailer may offer higher or lower cashback rates, depending on particular brands or products they sell, or if you are a new or returning customer. We always recommend checking the terms and conditions of that retailer, available on the retailer’s tile, before purchase.
From the retailer’s perspective, there is no limit, unless they have specific terms and conditions around a particular offer.
From an operational perspective, if it appears you will earn more than $1,000 of Tollz rewards in any single payment cycle, we will be in touch to discuss additional requirements regarding payments. If you have not provided your Linkt/Eastlink account details, we reserve the right to suspend your account.
Tollz enables direct payment into a Linkt or Eastlink account and is an independent entity and is not affiliated with Transurban, Linkt or Eastlink.

Shopping directly from our promotional emails
We’ll send you emails that showcase increased cashback offers, or the latest retailers to join Tollz. You don’t need to log in to Tollz, you simply shop directly from the emails.
Yes, you can shop as you normally would on your mobile or tablet.
Make sure you either use the Tollz platform or shop from our promotional emails (which do not require you to log in to the platform). That way, you’ll continue earning Tollz rewards with every purchase online.
No, you’re purchasing from the retailer’s website and their prices are the same as if you were coming to them directly. The cash back is a commission they pay to you and us, for having directed the sale to them.
Purchases made within a particular retailer’s app will not earn Tollz rewards. This is because the tracking information from our website into the app is not passed through, and if we can’t track your purchase, then we can’t pay your Tollz rewards.
Our customers tell us that to avoid missing out on earning cashback, they have deleted their apps to ensure they purchase in that retailer’s website, instead of their app.
You can also earn loyalty points through your retailer when shopping via Tollz. This is at the discretion of the retailer.

With retailers who offer many brands – especially those in the household, electronics or appliances categories – certain exclusions apply to earning Tollz rewards on particular brands or models.

How can I make sure I earn my Tollz rewards?
We can only track your purchases if you:
Are logged in to Tollz and have clicked the retailer’s “Shop” button on our website; or
Shop directly from the retailer-specific promotional emails we send you
We may not be able to track your rewards if:
Your browser is in incognito mode
You do not have your cookies turned on (see below)
You click on the “Shop” button, then close the window, then visit the retailer’s site directly
You use a coupon code that has not come from Tollz
You use a gift card
You are redirected to that retailer’s app
You shop instore at a non Tollz retailer
You shop instore at a Tollz retailer but use a card that is not linked to Tollz
Tollz reserves the right not to pay rewards where the purchase was not made in accordance with the above.
We recommend you regularly log in to your account to ensure that your rewards on purchases have been properly credited and that your account balance is up to date. If you identify any missing rewards, errors or discrepancies, please notify Tollz as soon as possible, but ideally within 60 days of the purchase date.
We will not be able to investigate any missing or incorrect rewards if you do not provide a copy of your purchase receipt detailing Order ID, date of purchase and purchase amount.
To track your online purchases, you’ll need to have your cookies enabled. Here are instructions on how to do that.
When you purchase online via a retailer’s website or directly with the retailer instore, the transaction will likely show in your Tollz account within 24 hours. Some retailers take a little longer though, and so we generally advise to give it up to 7 days before contacting us.
When you click on “Shop” for a retailer in your Tollz account we are able to track your purchase using a “cookie”. A cookie is a message sent to a web browser that is stored in a text file. When you click on the “Shop” button we track the purchase details, store it in a text file and use it to:
Confirm your purchase amount with the retailer
Calculate the value of your Tollz reward
Update your Tollz account with the cash rewards you’ve earned to date
Using cookies is a widespread practice online and does not create any security issues for your computer.
How quickly you’ll see the rewards in your account depends on the retailer. Most transactions will show up under “Dashboard” within 24 hours but usually within 7 days, although some may take up to 30 days.
Once we receive the funds from the retailers, we'll pay them into your Linkt/Eastlink account on the next monthly payment date.
Payment by the retailers to Tollz are generally received within 45-90 days after your purchase, however some retailers can take up to another 90 days after this. Tollz is only able to pay you once we receive the funds from the retailers.
When you log in to your Tollz account, you’ll see the balance of your Tollz rewards under “Dashboard”.
Your Tollz rewards move through three stages:
1. Pending: After you make a transaction you can view the transaction details, i.e. the name of the retailer, the amount that is eligible and the cash reward earned, under “Recent Cashbacks” in Dashboard. A transaction will show up within 2-7 days after purchase. A retailer may exclude particular products or brands from earning rewards; this will be why the amount you spend, and the amount that is eligible for a reward, may differ.
2. Confirmed: Once a reward is confirmed by the retailer, the monies in "Pending" will transfer across to "Confirmed". Tollz will be waiting to receive commissions from the retailer and will not be able to pay your rewards until this has happened.
3. Payable: After a reward is confirmed by the retailer, the retailer pays the cash reward amount to Tollz's affiliate account ready to be paid to you. This is generally within 45-90 days after your purchase, however some retailers can take up to another 90 days after this.
Once in Tollz's account, these amounts are now ready to be paid into your Linkt or Eastlink account. We make payments monthly into your toll account, between the 15th and 20th of each month. The amount of funds that are ready to be paid into your Linkt/Eastlink account are shown in “Payable”. You will have the ability to request your cashback which will ask you to provide your toll account details so we can pay you by the end of the month.
4. Paid Out: After the cash rewards are paid into your Linkt/Eastlink account they move from "Payable" and are added to "Paid Out" contributions.
When you log in to your Tollz account, you will see the total Tollz rewards you’ve earned under “Dashboard”.
To see a breakdown of your Tollz rewards by purchase, you can view a list of each purchase and rewards under “Dashboard” and “Recent Cashback”.
You can see the total amount of Tollz rewards paid into your Linkt or Eastlink account under “Paid Out”. Here you’ll also be able to see how many Tollz rewards are ready and waiting to be paid into your Linkt/Eastlink account.
To link your Linkt/Eastlink account to your Tollz account, you’ll need to go to “Dashboard”, "Profile", scroll down to the bottom, click "Update Payment Method" and tell us:\
Your BSB number (where you created your toll account) and CRN (provided by Linkt/Eastlink) for a manual payment
Once you have linked your Linkt/Eastlink account to your Tollz account, and we have received the rewards payment from the retailer, we’ll transfer your available Tollz rewards into your Linkt/Eastlink account at the end of the next month, provided there is at least $1 ready to be paid.
You can start shopping before you have provided us with your Linkt or Eastlink account details. However, we cannot pay into your toll account until we have your toll account details. We suggest you provide your Linkt or Eastlink account details as soon as possible to ensure there are no delays in making payment of Tollz rewards.
To provide your details, login and add your account details under “Dashboard”, "Profile" and "Update Payment Method".
If you have not provided your Linkt/Eastlink account details to us, or you do not respond to our requests to provide correct details, your rewards will stay in your Tollz account until you provide us with these details, provided that you continue to shop and earn rewards. However, we reserve the right to suspend your account.
If we have made repeated attempts to contact you by email over a period of 12 months and you have not shopped within that 12 month period then we will close your account and you will lose your Tollz rewards. We will notify you one final time, 30 days prior to closing your account, by email and SMS to the details listed in your account.
Once your account is closed, you waive any right or claim with respect to your Tollz rewards. We will transfer any remaining rewards balance in your account to a charity of our choice.
Tollz is free to join.
Tollz will use your mobile number for notifications and to contact you if required, for example to verify a purchase.
Our Privacy Policy sets out how we use your data. All your data is stored and hosted in Australian based data centres only.
You can view and update your details by logging in to Tollz and clicking on “Dashboard”, "Profile". There you’ll be able to view, edit and save your personal information.
There may be occasions where we require you to contact us in order to make a change on your account; this is for security reasons.
You can view important documents by scrolling down to the footer and clicking on "Terms and Conditions or ”Privacy Policy"
Go to login on Tollz. Click on Forgot Passoword & enter in your email address. You will receive a passowrd reset email where you will be able to change your password.
To close your account you will need to contact us by creating a new ticket in dashboard
