What is Tollz?
Tollz is a shopping rewards platform that helps you earn cash rewards from participating retailers into your Linkt account.
Is Tollz free to join?
Yes. Creating an account is free. Optional paid memberships may be offered with additional benefits.
How do I earn rewards online?
Log in to Tollz, click the retailer's Shop button, and complete your purchase in the same browsing session so the purchase can be tracked.
How do I earn rewards in-store?
If supported, link an eligible payment card in your account. Qualifying in-store transactions can then be matched to rewards.
When are rewards paid to Linkt?
Rewards are typically paid between the 15th and 20th of each month after we receive confirmation/payment from the retailer.
Why is my reward pending?
Retailers often need time to confirm the purchase is valid and not returned or cancelled.
What can prevent tracking?
Incognito mode, disabled cookies, using unsupported coupon codes, gift cards, or switching to a retailer app can prevent tracking.
Do I need cookies enabled?
Yes. Cookies (or similar tracking) are usually required to correctly attribute purchases to your account.
Can I use any coupon code?
Only coupon codes provided through Tollz or an approved promotion may qualify. Other codes can void tracking.
Can I earn rewards on gift card purchases?
Gift card purchases and some excluded categories may not qualify for rewards.
What happens if I return an item?
If a purchase is returned or cancelled, the related reward may be reversed by the retailer.
Can I redeem rewards as cash?
No. Rewards are paid into your Linkt account and are not redeemable as cash.
How do I update my Linkt details?
Log in to your account and update your Linkt account details in My Account.
I entered the wrong email. Can I change it?
Yes. Update your email in My Account or contact support for help.
How do I contact support?
Use the Contact Us page or email support@tollz.com.au.
Do you have a mobile app?
If an app is available, it will be listed on our website. Otherwise, you can use Tollz from any mobile browser.
Is my payment card eligible?
Some prepaid, corporate, gift, or restricted cards may not be eligible. Eligible cards must be issued by an Australian financial institution.
Can I unsubscribe from emails?
Yes. Use the unsubscribe link in marketing emails. You will still receive account/transactional emails.
How do I delete my account?
You can close your account from the My Account section when logged in.
